How do I create an account?

You can create an account using:

• Email and password
• Sign in with Apple
• Sign in with Google

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account:

1. Open the app and go to Settings
2. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
3. Read the warning and confirm deletion
4. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted

Note: This action cannot be undone. Consider exporting your data first.

How do I export my data?

Go to Settings > Import & Export to download your transaction data in CSV or PDF format.

Is my financial data secure?

Yes! We take security seriously:

• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• We use Firebase's secure authentication
• Your data is never shared with third parties for advertising
• We comply with industry-standard security practices

How does the AI feature work?

Our AI analyzes your spending patterns to provide personalized insights and recommendations. Your data is processed securely using Google's Gemini AI and is never used for advertising purposes.

What data does the AI use?

The AI features analyze:

• Your transaction history (amounts, categories, dates)
• Budget allocations and spending patterns
• Income information
• Category preferences

You can view exactly what data is being sent in the AI chat interface. AI features are optional and can be avoided if you prefer.

Which third-party services process my data?

We use the following services:

• Firebase (Google) - Authentication and data storage
• Google Gemini AI - AI-powered insights (only when you use AI features)
• CRISP - Customer support (used only for support purposes and never shared with advertising networks or used for targeted advertising)
